1. Open the image and make a copy (Shift + D). Close the original.
2. Layers - Convert to Raster Layer.
3. Image - Add Borders - 1 pixels with color black.
4. Image - Add Borders - 4 pixels with a different color.
5. Activate Magic Wand with Toleranse and Feather 0, checked in Anti-alias and Inside.
6. Floodfill with Goldpattern-ca.
7. Selections - Select None.
8. Image - Add Borders - 1 pixels with color black.
9. Image - Add Borders - 15 pixels with color #782e21.
10. ActivateMagic Wand and click in this frame.

71. Image - Mirror.
72. Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
73. Layers - Duplicate.
74. Image - Flip.
75. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
76. Put on your watermark.
77. Resize if you want.
