This tutorial was written by me in Paint Shop Pro X.

Any similarities to other tutorials is just a coincidens.

1. Open a new image 600 x 450 pixels.

2. Set foreground colour to #1f2a4d and background colour to #f1f2f5.

3. Fill with foreground colour.

4. Layers - Duplicate.

5. Effects - Plugins - Render - 2D HyperClouds with these settings:

6. Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance more.

7. Repeat Enhance more.

8. Set Blend Mode to Luminance (Legacy).

9. Set Opacity to 30 %.

10. Open the tube Misted By Sorensen_Designs -West Highlands Scotland - SD - Tube 1506.

11. Edit - Copy.

12. Go back to your image.

12. Layers - New Raster Layer.

14. Selections - Select All.

15. Edit - Paste Into Selection.

16. Selections - Select None.

17. Set Blend Mode to Luminance (Legacy).

18. Set Opacity to 40 %.

19. Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss with these settings:

20. Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

21. Open the tube psp1075.

22. Edit - Copy.

23. Go back to your image.

24. Edit - Paste As New Layer.

25. Image - Resize - 85 %.

26. Move the tube and place it like this:

27. Set Blend Mode t Luminance (Legacy).

28. Set Opacity to 20 %.

29. Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss with these settings.

30. Open the tube chrismist_montre_et_rose.

31. Edit - Copy.

32. Go back to your image.

33. Edit - Paste As New Layer.

34. Move the tube to the bottom left corner.

35. Set Blend Mode to Luminance (Legacy).

36. Set Opacity to 35 %.

37. Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss using the same settings as before.

38. Layers - New Raster Layer.

39. Set foreground colour to #acb4ca.

40. Activate Paint Brush and find the brush Text-7-Maggie.

41. Right click once with your mouse.

42. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:

43. Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel with colour #1f2a4d.

44. Image - Add Borders - 35 pixels with white.

45. Activate Magic Wand with Tolerance and Feather 0 and select the frame.

46. Fill with colour #364164.

47. Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output Vol. II - Pool Shadow with these settings:

48. Layers - Promote Selection to Layer.

49. Effects - Plugins - Cybia - Screenworks with these settings:

50. Set Blend Mode to Difference.

51. Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

52. Selections - Invert.

53. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:

54. Repeat Drop Shadow with -3 in Vertical and Horizontal.

55. Selections - Select None.

56. Open the tube jet-woman14-juli-2007.

57. Edit - Copy.

58. Go back to your image.

59. Edit - Paste As New Layer.

60. Image - Resize - 85 %.

61. Move the tube to the right.

62. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:

63. Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel with colour #1f2a4d.

Done.
