This tutorial was written by me in Paint Shop Pro X.

Any similarities to other tutorials is just a coincidens.

 

Materials

Cybia - Screenworks

 

1. Open a new image 640 x 480 pixels.

2. Set foreground colour to #fadf78 and background colour to #fd9806.

3. Set foreground colour to gradient with these settings:

4. Floodfill with gradient.

5. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 30.

6. Effects - Art Media Effects - Brush Strokes with colour #808080

and these settings:

7. Layers - Duplicate.

8. Image - Resize to 80 %.

9. Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Color Dot with these settings:

10. Activate Magic Wand with Feather and Tolerance 0.

11. Click with Magic Wand outside the square so that the

frame is selected like this:

12. Activate the bottom layer.

13. Layers - Promote Selection To Layer.

14. Effects - Plugins - Cybia - Screenworks with these settings:

15. Set Opacity to 20.

16. Selections - Select None.

17. Activate the top layer.

18. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:

19. Repeat Drop Shadow but with -3 in Vertical and Horizontal.

20. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

21. Image - Add Borders - 1 pixels with colour #fcc348.

22. Open the tube KaraT3906.

23. Edit - Copy.

24. Go back to your image.

25. Edit - Paste As New Layer.

26. Open the tube PhotoPlaySetNT. Activate the layer Heart divider.

27. Edit - Copy.

28. Go back to your image.

29. Edit - Paste As New Layer.

30. Activate Move Tool and move the tube to the left edge.

31. Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize with these settings:

32. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:

33. Layers - Duplicate.

33. Image - Mirror.

34. Open the tube gwyn_kit08 and activate layer Raster 12.

35. Edit - Copy.

36. Go back to your image.

37. Edit - Paste As New Layer.

38. Move the tube to bottom edge.

39. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:

40. Layers - Duplicate.

41. Image - Flip.

42. Open the tube wedding-papers and activate the layer bow.

43. Edit - Copy.

44. Go back to your image.

45. Edit - Paste As New Image.

46. Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize with the same settings as before.

47. Image - Free Rotate with these settings:

48. Image - Resize - 80 %.

49. Repeat Resize.

50. Activate Move Tool and move the tube to the left upper corner.

51. Layers - Duplicate.

52. Set Blend Mode to Multiply.

53. Open Text Tool. Find the font Easter Parade. Set foreground colour to #ffa81b and background colour to #f9cc5c and use these settings:

Write your text.

54. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with colour #94491a and these settings:

55. Repeat Drop Shadow with colour #f9cc5c.

56. Repeat Drop Shadow with colour #94491a.

57. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
