This tutorial was written by me in Paint Shop Pro 9.

Any similarities to other tutorials is just a coincidens.

 

Materials

 

If you want to make the one without the background you jump right to point 12.

 

1. Open a new image 600 x 350 pixels.

2. Floodfill the canvas with color #d5d8ac.

3. Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds with these settings:

Color #9a9e5e

4. Selections - Select All.

5. Selections - Modify - Contract. Set numbers to 15.

6. Selections - Invert.

7. Floodfill the selection with color #828852.

8. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner bevel with these settings:

9. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:

10. Repeat Drop Shadow, but set vertical and horizontal to -2.

11. Selections - Select None.

12. Open the tube deeppinktopper-kk's-dezines-04.

Edit - Copy.

13. Go back to your image.

Edit - Paste - Paste As New Layer.

14. Image - Resize to 75 percent.

15. Move the flowers to the top of the canvas.

16. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with the same settings as before.

Vertical and Horizontal 2.

(No Drop Shadow on the second tag).

17. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

18. Duplicate the tube twice.

Rename the layers to 1, 2 and 3.

19. Find your texttool and find the font Swingtime MF.

Foreground color #8b0722 and backgroundcolor #c71933.

Settings:

Write your text and turn it the way you want it.

20. Convert to raster layer.

21. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with the same settings as before.

(No Drop Shadow on the second tag)

22. Duplicate twice. Rename the layers to F1, F2 and F3.

23. Close layer F2 and F3 and activate layer F1.

24. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise with these settings:

25. Close this layer and open the eye for F2 and activate this layer.

26. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise.

Set Noise to 40.

27. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise.

Set Noise to 45.

28. Close layers 2, 3, F2 and F3.

29. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

30. Close this layer and open layer 2 and F2.

31. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

32. Close this layer and open layer 3 and F3.

33. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

34. File - Save as - and save as a psp-file.

35. Open the Launch Animation shop.

36. Open the psp-file.

37. Edit - Select All.

38. Animation - Frame Properties.

Set the number to 15.

39. View - Animation.

40. File - Save as - and save it.

41. Next - Next - Next - Done.
